• I got back in town just in time for another Snow Storm…that being said, it’s almost never as bad as they say it’s going to be.
• I have the greatest neighbor ever, he has snowblowed my driveway three times in the last 2 weeks. Who say’s Northeasterners aren’t friendly??
• Our stage set looks sick for our new series “Escape” 
• I took a couple of days off from “twittering” this week…it was hard to let go…but it’s something I am going to do a little more often. 
• I am continually amazed at the dedication of our volunteers at NC-Colonie, they showed up in full force during this weekends snowstorm.
• This weekend we had over 90% of our avg. crowd at NC-Colonie during a snowstorm where a lot of area churches cancelled. 
• I have never been more pumped about doing ministry then I am now…I feel like we are starting Northway Church all over again!
• My Steelers are in the AFC Championship!!! 
• We had a bunch of the staff guys over on Sunday to watch the games…Buddy brought cheesesteaks…those things are unreal good.
• Speaking of Buddy...his Eagles are in the NFC title game and we could be on a collision course to an all PA SuperBowl…that would make for an interesting work environment.
• I am proud of my wife…she rocked out in Colonie on Sunday, she is one of the most gifted people I know but she is humble. I dig that and I believe God does too!
• I am in the middle of the most intense strategic goal writing of my life…Going through this filter…Goals, Priority of Goals, Strategy, Deadline.
• Baby Avery turned 3 months old yesterday…can’t believe it. I will post some pics and videos this week.
